My path is anything but a straight line. Electrical engineering, management, entrepreneurship, then EdTech in Africa. In 2021, I joined SAYNA as Head of Knowledge — a turning point. I lead multi-country training projects there and have designed programs for 10,000+ learners, combining rigorous pedagogy with concrete systems.
My conviction: a successful transformation combines teams that know who does what, systems they actually adopt, and training that works. That's what I bring with Lumina.
