Services and pricing

Published prices, clear scope. You'll know before we speak whether we're in the right range — that saves your time, and mine.

Organisation Sprint

$1,500 – $6,000
The core offer4 to 10 weeks

On-site diagnosis, a transformation plan, implementation of the chosen solutions, and support until the teams actually adopt them. No tool imposed — the solution comes out of the diagnosis.

SMEs, institutions and NGOs whose ways of working haven't kept up with their growth

Entrepreneur Engagement

$800 – $1,500 per milestone
Milestone-based6 to 12 months

You produce, I frame, equip, validate and unblock. Three to five milestones: framing, legal structure, operations, steering, getting ready to grow. We always start with the framing, and it stands on its own.

Founders and small businesses that are running, but where everything still goes through the founder

Digital Base

$400 – $1,200
Setup2 to 4 weeks

A professional online presence or a digital workspace, put in service and actually adopted by the team. No CRM, no ERP, no complex application.

Organisations still running on email and WhatsApp

Retainer Partner

$500 – $1,000 per month
Monthly availability3 months minimum

A set number of hours each month, used however you want: advice, process reviews, team support, strategy calls, tool setup. Answer within 48 working hours.

Leaders and organisations whose needs come back every month

Other formats exist

Practical workshops on AI and digital tools, full training programmes with a deployed project: these are calibrated to your context. We'll discuss them on the call.

What I don't do

  • No legal, tax or financial advice — I tell you what needs handling, in what order and with whom; the advice itself comes from a licensed professional.
  • No promised introductions — if an introduction makes sense, I make it; it appears in no contract and is never invoiced.
  • No guaranteed outcome — I commit to means and deliverables. Be wary of anyone who does the opposite.

How we start

A call. I'll ask you direct questions about where you stand. At the end, either I see something worth doing and send you a written proposal with a date, or I don't and I tell you so. Both work for me.
